Well I have ordered more dwarfs for my new army. I ordered some form
Old Glory 15s, and some from
Splintered Light Miniatures. What did I order sofar.
From
Mirliton- HT001 boxed army.
- QNA010 Kings of the cavern command
- QNA004 Dwarf warriors with sword and shield
From
Old Glory 15s- FO19 Dwarven War Wagon With Bolt Shooters
- FO16 Dwarven Melee Troops
From
Splintered Light Miniatures- HOOD01 Robin Hood Personalities (some will be used a chrs from the book)
- DWAR01 Dwarf High Command
- DWAR04A Dwarf Huscarls 1
As I am not sure of the size from the three companies I will be taking a close look at the dwarfs when I get them to see what minis I will be using for what part of the army. So look for more soon, as I will post once I start getting them in.

Nice figures! What rules do you plan on using?
Hi Chris,
I use ChipCo's Fantasy rules. What do you use.
Noel
You are playing using D&D settings? That is cool.
I notice that you only have 4 figs mounted per base, is there any particular reason? I ask because it leaves the mase looking a bit sparce. Is this something specific to "Fantasy Rules!"
-Eli
I am a cheap guy, that is why I only use 4 per base. I have been playing that in my head for years. The mass come in the number of bases, not the number per base for me. As the the D&D theme I was a big D&D geek back in the 70s and 80s, so when I got the Salavatore audio books I was hooked on the idea of the Dwarfs.
Tx for the comment.

I have done that math before but my brain always finds its way back to the look of it.
I have often considered making armies for the various nations in my own D&D game world.
-Eli
Well Eli I am rethinking one more time. I have been looking at my old armies and wanted to rebase them any way so I am going with a 6 man per base.
Thanks for making me rethink this.
